After landing at Livingstone Airport, make your way to Thorntree River Lodge. Before taking a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, relax in your suite with its own plunge pool. Enjoy a candlelit meal by the river to cap off the day.
Experience "The Smoke That Thunders," Victoria Falls, on a guided walking tour. Admire the mist's unadulterated power as you feel it on your skin. After lunch, head back to Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park for a game drive.
Pick from exhilarating extras like a helicopter ride over the Falls, white-water rafting, or cultural tours of a nearby village. On the lodge's riverfront deck, spend the evening exchanging tales while sipping cocktails.
Transfer to Hwange National Park Take a plane to Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe, which is home to some of the biggest herds of elephants in Africa. Take a seat at Somalisa Camp, which features tasteful tents and views of the waterhole. Before enjoying a warm dinner by the fire, take a game drive in the evening.
Take a morning game drive to see herds of elephants, giraffes, and lions. Head back to camp for a relaxed lunch and rest. Return to a lantern-lit dinner after going on another safari in the evening.
